Unable to open a "Save Page as" file of an internet page!
I have a financial website I frequent and have been saving a webpage to view later. I use file from the toolbar, then Save page as, Web page complete. The file appears to be saved, but when I try to open, the entire page as previously displayed does not open (partial heading do come up, no content). When the file is saved, another file called the account summary file also is created.
Error message: an error occurred while attempting to retrieve data and navigation information is unavailable.
This approach had been working fine until the middle of last month. I am running Widows 7, recent updates to the system, did occur. The older file will still display the data, but the newer ones will not (partial heading). Is the problem because of my computer, the internet website, Firefox (59.0.2), a combination of things or something else entirely?

Hi, let's get your system out of the way, please do this :
- Repair System Registry and Files
Find the Dos Prompt Right or Powershell Click and Run as Administrator then : Copy/Paste to Dos Window : SFC /Scannow = (SFC <space>/Scannow) then hit Enter. Reboot when completed. Note : SFC uses local files to repair.
See what happens while in Safe Mode :

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:
- all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
- default theme is used (no persona)
- userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
- default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
- Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
- hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
- plugins are not affected
- preferences are not affected
