Tried all night to get a account, stopped my antivirus prog, checked my email acount, but still no returning lenk for setup. Last is that it says that my email is not a email?

Thank you for your question, i understand that your verification email for setting up a Firefox Sync account does not arrive in your inbox. The previous links provided are for when you already have set up an account, and you may have forgotten your password or the email cannot reach an inbox with the email provided.

I am still here to help. Can you please verify a couple of questions, so that we can figure out a little bit about what you already tried, this can help me further diagnose the issue.

  1. Is there an email in your spam folder from accounts@mozilla.com?
  2. Can you share your domain of the email address
  3. Can you provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing if you are seeing any?

Thanks, and sorry for not responding quicker. Anyway, when i try to confirm my Firefox account with email, it tell me it is sent a verification mail to me. I have checked the spam folders, created a new outlook account, but still does not got any mail with this lenk in. I really just want to have my Firefox account to work on my computers. What you mean with quest 2? MR...

The Administrator (guigs) asked you some questions, like e.g.:

Can you provide a screenshot of the error you are seeing if you are seeing any?

And : it took you wo days to reply to the Admin's post, but you expect an answer right away ..... Patience, my friend, patience  !

However : if it takes too long (people do have days off, vacation, get sick etc.) - I'll contact another Administrator, okay  ?

And you asked what that means - well, the domain of an email address is the part that comes after the @ symbol .....
