How do you get the bookmarks menu to auto expand down by hovering over menu icon?
The toolbar menus used to drop down automatically just by hovering over the toolbar icons, and now you have to click the icons to get the menus to show?

There is an optional bookmarks menu button that works more like the old button. You can add it from Customize, or use the "Library" button as described in the article linked below:
