Will be any WebExtension compatible with Firefox x64?

Hi!

I'm waiting for Firefox 57 to came out. I fear that, when that moment will come, I'll have to renounce to a lot of my favorite extensions, to the point that I'm planning to rebuild my Firefox profile from scratch, choosing new extensions similar the the previous ones, in order to replace them.

But, what if this time I choose to install Firefox 57 x64? I don't know the new technology that will be implemented, so I'm wondering if any WebExtensions will be compatible with the x64 architecture by default, or if this should be a choice of the dev.

Hi

Web extension add-ons available from https://addons.mozilla.org should be compatible with Firefox 57 64bit. I have been using that version for a while and have been using Web extension add-ons without any issue.
