In light of Mozilla's censorious decision to create the Mozilla Information Trust Initiative, a thinly veiled attempt to control information and user experience online, I will no longer be using your browser.

The fact that you have made it near impossible to communicate directly to your company (hence this roundabout support ticket in lieu of a simple email) adds to frustration with your company, as well as the increasing slowness and dysfunction of the browser.

You have betrayed my trust, your company has become arrogant and untrustworthy, and so I will be switching to an upstart competitor.

Good luck.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

While I was asleep, did the words 'Honesty' and 'Truth' suddenly become expletives  ?
