I have done the upgrade to 55.0.2 on three computers and taken screen shots of each. Only the first one has a problem. The versions are numerically the same but the text is different. The first ones problem is that a website I need to use crashes firefox every time I access it. I have been using Chrome instead.

Funnelcake builds are an experiment offered as a special Firefox version to (new) users for testing the user experience. Sounds that you got one in 2013.

I think that these versions only have a different UI tour (Help -> Firefox Tour) and put you on a special update path.

You can install the full version of the current release to switch to the regular release update channel. You can uninstall the current version to be sure.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
