The problem of accessing this site (mail) lately is known. For the time being I did: security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling = false

Chosen solution

This is about some MS servers that are sending an OCSP response via OCSP Stapling that is signed with an expired certificate. This needs to be fixed by Microsoft and affected servers need to be rebooted or updated. Microsoft is aware of this.
