Hi, I am changing my laptop, so need to be sure all is OK, and I can get back into my Firefox account, so I tried to log in using my old laptop. However, I could not log in, web sites asks to use the correct user name and password. Tried everything, no joy, so requested a passsword reset. Website advised to enter email address and I would receive an email with a link for resetting the password. Now, I have not received this email, I have checked spam folders etc., nothing there. Can anyone out there offer any help please? I'm pretty deparate now. (sighs)
