All of my coupons print in super size, I reset the printer didn't work, do I have to reinstall mozilla?

Any coupons I attempt to print, print so large that only half the coupon prints. I tried to reset the print option and that did not work.

The print preview window doesn't always come up. Nor does it always accurately depict what the print will look like, in my experiences.
