Hi! Ironically, I'm trying to post my original question on this forum for the first time, but I can't get my screenshot to upload so I can attach it to the question I'm asking.... I searched and couldn't find anything about this issue in your support forums. All topics/answers related to problems attaching images or docs to email or other websites etc... nothing about just trying to get a screenshot to show you guys to help you answer my question. Note: I tried to attach it as a png I also tried to attach it as a jpeg and adjusted the size on repeated occasions. Not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Basically it allows me to click the "browse..." button below, and it opens up on my mac so I can attach the file - but it just gets in a continuous loop (little icon circling...) like it's "uploading" but it never stops and the image never shows up - it never loads. I've restarted, re-entered, everything... I even tried to attach it to this question but ran into the same problem. So - any help would be appreciated. Thanks! B
