It started when i put a new version on my pc of wondows 7

Is it just one particular site or every website? Does the issue persist in Firefox's Safe Mode?

Hello i opened firefox in safe mode and opened only outlook and facebook,but the browser still keep refreshing and looks like it is slower to open a new tab page
Let’s do a full clean re-install; Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link} Save the file. Then;
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
Do Not remove the profiles folder.
Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner. Then run the installer. If all goes well, remove the OLD folders when you are done.
what is an registry scanner? (i am dutch) but i did what u say,it works better now,but after 30 minutes it come back,and refresh the page/browser/tab less. What can i do more because i want to keep mozilla.
