firefox 43 shows additional white space in my extension

I developed an extension for Firefox and Chrome. the same extension works fine in Firefox developer edition and chrome, but it show additional blank white space in firefox 43. my body and html have 300px width, but my extension is bigger with a lot of blank space

You may have a corrupt xulstore.json file.

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.

Under the page logo on the left side you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To it’s right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Locate the xulstore.json file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.

I believe the problem is not from my side, as when I submitted my extension for review, I got response that on firefox 43.0 they see blank white space. It is working fine on 44 as well, the problem is only in 43 and older versions
