how can I completely undo the latest Reset or Refresh, intended to "make things faster?"

The "reset" or "Refresh" cleared all of my add-ons, including valuable tools such as LastPass, print edit, etc. All of them. How can i just undo the whole process and get that stuff back. Heck, I don't even remember all of the tools I had added.

You can't just press a button. You have to do this manually.

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?
