After signing in to my banks web site the account page appears but then 10 to 15 seconds later the screen goes white and then reloads the page. Why?

I have reset the firefox browser, cleared all caches and cookies, and deleted and reestablished my on line bank account. No matter what I do the account page always seems to refresh itself at least twice before I can proceed. I have tried using other browsers and they all work fine with no hint of this problem. Any ideas please?

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
