Firefox crashes
When I start Mozilla it shows te next message:
1. Firefox is already running but is not responding. The old Firefox process needs to close to open a new window.
When I accept this message it shows a second message:
2. your Firefox profile could not be loaded. It may not be present or inaccessible
Ik have allready reinstalled for several times Mozilla on the desktop, but it shows the same message. On other devices i don't see any problems.
Can you help me?

Sorry you are having problems on one device (Presumably Windows 7).
Can you at least get Firefox to run if you use Windows Task Manger to find and kill any running firefox & plugincontainer processes.

Note You may need to give Firefox at least 10 minutes to shutdown properly, and a few additional minutes if it is generating a crash report because of failure to shutdown.
Are you seeing crash reports being submitted ?
