Netflix suggests "refresh" or "reload" after timing out: what to do?

I paused a Netflix stream and forgot to come back for about a day. It has saved my place, but wants me to "refresh" or "reload". No such option is available as far as I can see in my Firefox interface. Any alternatives?

I think it wants you to reload the web page.

Look for the clockwise circle, or press <F5>
