Starting today 10-3-2014 i am unable to click on any youtube video window at all and interact (pause play volume etc) and have not been able to fix it via reinstalling adobe flash or firefox or restarting my computer. what is causing this?

Are you sure that the Shockwave Flash plugin is used and not the HTML5 media player?

Do you see the Flash context menu when you right-click that player?

i use Adobe Flash -_-. and right clicking the youtube video brings up nothing

You might need to update your adobe flash. You can update it here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

A Flash player always shows a Flash player context menu.

Do the videos still play with the Flash plugin disabled and do you see a Lego block icon on the location/address bar?
