firefox quatum 610.2 (32bit) is running very slow and i am getting not responding regularly, i thought it was due to my computer but new hdd and fresh win7

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
