I started to setup a Firefox Sync account - but didn't want to put my old age of 70 - so I put '7' - now I'm locked out - HELP ! how do I reset and try again? )

Now I can't even sign-in to Sync - as it think I'm too young !! (Ha - who knew??) - so when I try to log in to correct my age, I get this!

You must meet certain age requirements to create a Firefox Account. Apparently you've got to be at least 14 years old !!

hi rzackris, go to https://accounts.firefox.com/signup and right-click on a blank section of the page. then go to view page infos > security > view cookies > clear all cookies & try it again afterwards.

Did you try to close and restart Firefox?
