Using Firefox ver. 32.0.3 and the ver. before, realplayer downloader shows up but does not work. Can you help?
I always update Firefox when notified of a new version, but the last 2 or three updates of Firefox would not let me use Real-player down loader. The Real-player "button" did not even show up on earlier ver. of Firefox 32.0.3. Now on this latest Firefox ver 32.0.3 the Real-player "button" shows up but it's not working to down load anything. Am I missing something or do I have to go to Earlier version of Firefox? Any help is appreciated! Thx in Advance.

Hi jram, Can you please try the following to make sure it is not an add on or extension that is interacting with one another not as intended.
- Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox
- Disable each plugin and restart Firefox to see if there is a difference.
