I have tried: private mode, developer mode, updating firefox (Version 122.0 as of the time of this writing), clearing cache/cookies, updating widevine, and using developer firefox.

Prime video works in the developer version of firefox, but not normal firefox. I would like to know why and what I can do to make it work in normal firefox again.

Attached is the error message amazon keeps throwing me in normal firefox.

I don't see that you tried Safe Mode.

Prime is working for me. see screenshot A full browser screenshot would be more helpful. What security software are you running?

Does it still happen in a new profile? Alternatively you can refresh your existing profile. Make sure you stay signed out of your sync account when testing.

I have used safe mode, I must have mistyped but yes I did try in safe mode and still no luck. Got the exact same message. A full browser screenshot would just be a black screen with the above message I attached in the middle, regardless of which thing I tried.

I am running just plain Windows Security on a desktop PC with windows 10.

Could I have clearer steps so that I do not permanently lose all my add-ons and custom bits and bobs, because most of those are accessibility or work related and I can't afford to screw this up and lose them, ya dig?
