Let's say, I have an addon in about:addons, in this case, Youtube Playlist.

So, let's say I've forgotten what it's about, and I therefore want to read more about it in its page in addons.mozilla.org ; since all addons for (normal) Firefox now have to be signed by Mozilla, I assume that the addon therefore *must* have an addons.mozilla.org page.

However, I haven't found a button or anything that would tell me "Go to addons homepage" or something.

Now before you tell me "just search the internet", I did, and I cannot find an addon called "Youtube Playlist" in search engines - I found something called "YouTube Playlist Helper", but it is not the same one.

So, is there such a facility in about:addons of Firefox?

There used to be a legacy add-on that could do that, but it is long since gone.

Unless the add-on itself has that information, you will have to find it yourself. One thing you could do is when installing an add-on, save the link to that page somewhere.
