I have windows 8 on this laptop. My firefox keeps, continuously, freezing and It says 'Not Responding' . I returned it to factory settings this morning, and it's still freezing up! It will freeze for several seconds, come back on for like 3 seconds , and 'not respond' again...it's very, very frustrating , almost impossible to do anything in my Yahoo mail especially :( It does it mostly in the yahoo mail. PLEASE help...and Thank You
