Why does my VPN repeatedly forget who I am and require new a new sign-in?
I am able to sign in, but should not have to. The VPN repeatedly drops out - not just losing my LAN but shutting down and requiring a new sign-in to restart. About half the time it also forgets all the settings I've established. Very inconvenient, because I never know WHEN it's shut down! Ideas??

Hi TJ, are you referring to Mozilla's VPN or another VPN provider?
Hi, Konstantina ... thanks for the response! Yes, I'm using the Mozilla VPN, and have for a couple of years. Only recently has it misbehaved. I live in upstate, rural New York, and experience occasional power outages. I can see such an outage closing an open instance of the VPN, as it often interrupts power to my PC, but ... signing me out? That's the mystery. Any suggestions?

Yeah it's weird you get signed out - I don't have a good answer for it. However, Mozilla's VPN is one of our premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.
Hope this helps
Thanks for the suggestions. It's not happened for the past few days, so for the present I think I'll just chalk it up to passing zombies or demonic possession or the like. If it recurs, I'll go to support through my account sign in and see what I can learn that way. Anyway, thanks for your help!
