Firefox stopped working on my computer. Every time I try to open it I get an error message that says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no success. Our IT dept tried as well and nothing we have tried has resolved the issue.
