After accidentally hitting the Refresh button can not Create Profile.
It has refreshed, but not I can't create a new profile. I didn't find an Old Firefox Data file. I'm not sure what to do since the instructions don't seem to work. Not sure how to proceed. I don't know how to work with this thing I'm left with.

IMPORTANT: Do not use Windows' system restore feature!
When you try to start Firefox, what happens? Do you get a profile without data, or do you get an error that your profile can't be found?
If you can start Firefox then there is at least a profile present.
You can try to open the current profile folder and go up one level to see if there is only one profile present.
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

Go to Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ :
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
Is there only one profile present?
Are there profiles that have a number (time stamp) appended to their name?
Such a profile with a number can give an indication when it got created.
