Have purchased this product, working on my devices, problem is with my wife's. instructed to use my log in on her device's which I did and used password, then her iOS asked her to sign in with her apple password, that's when the wheels fall off.

This section you posted in is for desktop Firefox support only. 

Mozilla VPN is one of Mozilla's premium products. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.

The Mozilla VPN form can also be found at top at Ask a Question > Mozilla VPN. You need to use the Mozilla Account that has the Mozilla VPN subscription to post there.
