What happens when you try to use that site in Firefox? Is there any error message?

I do not get an error message. I just see the Xfinity purple screen that says Xfinity stream with 3 white dots under the word Xfinity Stream that continuously blink

1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield icon at the left of the address bar.
   • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
3. If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website). Does it help?
4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?

Hi Denys, I cannot find the ETP shield on my IMac computer which is running OS Sequoia 15.6.1 and Firefox 143.0.4 I didn't try the other steps as I wanted to do step 1 first. Thanks for your help.
