Hi, Firefox supports multiple ''profiles'' so you can keep your work and personal data separate. A profile is a local data folder. Each profile can be signed in to one Mozilla ''account'' to Sync with other devices. To avoid mixing data, do not sign your work and personal profiles into the same Mozilla account. You can create multiple Mozilla accounts if you have multiple email addresses.
