I can't create a profile after downloading Firefox, an error occurs

Firefox account isn't needed go to internet? I am not fluent to read Russian but that screen looks like a Windows OS screen not something I've seen just launching Firefox browser.

The is the ProfileManager in Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles#w_create-a-profile

As for the error I wonder if something got corrupted as perhaps a reinstall of full Firefox setup from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-release/win64/ will work?
