No Picture and Sound while streaming on WOW TV

Hi, i wanted to see a Movie on WOW TV but only have a blank Window in my Browser. This Problem is only with WOW TV. Amazon Prime and Netflix Stream works perfect. The Support from WOW TV has no solution for me. They only have one hint for me to use Chrome or Edge.

What OS? What version of Firefox? Steps to replicate and provide a link. Do we have to login to replicate? Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode?

Win 10, FF Version 132.01 Troubleshoot Mode had the same Problem. It seemed because i disallowed all Cockies. After allowing necessary Cockies now all works fine.
