Before updating my firefox browser I was able to download and print from gmail. Now this week I can't download docs or print from my gmails. When I open chrome browser I can do both. Can't find any settings that have changed. Ideas?

I'm not seeing the issue. You could try deleting Cookies. If that doesn't work, try right-clicking the site in History then Forget about this site. Make sure you have a backup record of your user name and password before doing that because they will be forgotten also.

If neither of those fixes the issue, try restarting in troubleshoot mode.
