I have 2 laptops synced. They show up in connected devices, but I cant sync tabs for some reason

I'm not sure whats wrong here, but I cant seem to sync the tabs between two laptops. Both are signed in and I can see them both in the list of connected devices. Nevertheless, in the synced tabs I cannot see any other devices, send tab to device also does not see any other device.

Guidance will be appreciated.
