Check to see if there is a Folder on the Desktop called OldFirefoxData If there is then work with below URL's also. If not then please check : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data or can use the Profile Manager : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles So you possibly have 2 Profiles. Firefox determined that there was some corruption in the Profile and created a new one. So work with copies, never the original file : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-lost-or-missing-bookmarks and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recovering-important-data-from-an-old-profile and http://kb.mozillazine.org/Transferring_data_to_a_new_profile_-_Firefox
For the future. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-html-file and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
Suggest work on your Profile and recovery before starting on Firefox other issues as can do things to the Profile. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Hi, you are using a very old version (12) of Firefox, which can compromise your security and may cause other problems. To update it, (if not already there), press the Alt key to bring up the main menu bar > Help > About Firefox. If it won't update, you can download the latest version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
You also have a very old version of Flash: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ - take care to deselect any optional offers!
If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.
