Java won't work. You need Javascript enabled in your browser to use Facebook Applications. It works in IE not in firefox. Have done all the fixes nothing works.

It seems that you are downloading the Java install file to a network drive you don't have access to or that is not connected to your computer.

I would give this a try:

  1. Download the up to date version to your desktop. Java SE7
  2. Close Firefox
  3. Re-install Java by double-clicking on the setup file
  4. Open Firefox
  5. Make sure javascript is enabled
  • Tools -> Options -> Content, the checkbox for "Enabling Javascript" should be marked

You need to full offline Java installer.
