Firefox is not displaying NetFlix (Silverlight) correctly. HOW CAN THIS BE CORRECTED?

NetFlix is not displaying correctly. The Silverlight Player displays squeezed to the left side of the screen, displays B & W and is not accessible with the mouse.

When the mouse cursor is moved to the extreme right side of the screen, the display widens but is not mouse accessible. Any attempt to touch the display results in the display squeezed to the Left side of the screen as described above.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
