I can't clear recent history.

I used the tools menu and then clicked on clear recent history but it didn't work or nothing happened.

-> go to Help Menu -> select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled"

Firefox will close then it will open up with just basic Firefox. You can enable the Add-ons later.

-> go to Tools Menu -> Clear Recent History -> select Time range to clear: Everything -> click the Details (arrow) button -> place Checkmarks on the options you don't want Firefox to remember -> click Clear Now -> Close

Check and tell if its working.
