Our forward and back buttons have been greyed out.

We can no longer use our back and forward buttons as they have been greyed out even though we have been to other pages before the current one. I have also noticed that Firefox does not remember any of history even though we have the "remember history" setting on.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
