Firefox on Android will not log into Firefox account

Alex Butcher replied

I installed Firefox and Firefox Beta on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra tablet. It will not let me log into my Firefox account. When I try scanning the QR Code from Firefox on my Windows Device, it scans the QR Code, but nothing happens. If I click log in with "email" nothing happens. I am signed in on my Windows Computer no problem, but Android will not let me on my Tablet, but let me log in on my Samsung Z Fold 7 Android phone. My Tablet is running Android 16 with Samsung UI 8.5, everything is up to date.

Hi

Have you tried signing in using the offered email option?

As I mentioned in my post, when I click log in with email, nothing happens, the button does not work

I’m having a similar issue on Android. The QR code scans successfully, but nothing happens afterward, and the email login option doesn’t respond either. Hopefully someone can clarify if this is a tablet-specific issue or a known Firefox bug.
