For the past.. month I would say, any time I try to use Youtube on my Firefox Browser it nearly always switches over to landscape mode after watching a video. It doesn't matter whether my phone screen's auto rotate is on or off it still does it. Yes. I already tried to turn my auto rotate on to switch it back to potrait mode, it still won't work. The only solution I currently have is closing Youtube all together from my Browser, which really REALLY sucks!!

Can someone PLEASE look into the glitch?!

I need to contact someone urgently, unfortunately through a site which is suspicious but I need to buy credits but it won't open on Gmail but it will open on Web.de Why I'm confused? I need to do it on Gmail

have a feeling that other browsers are undermined on ChromeOS in favor of chrome. just seems to me that way as all the other browsers I try are slow to load and sluggish and sometimes erratice in behavior.

I have grouped tabs into different collections, but I have no way of accessing the collections. When I go to the tabs page and click on the + to get to the homepage, there are only 3 sections: Shortcuts, Jump Back In, and Bookmarks. I have looked at the customize section of the settings and unchecked "Stories" and anything sponsored, but there is no option in the customize section for "Collections" and there is no "Collections" section in the homepage, even though I can still save tabs in different collections.

I can also see the collections exist when I go to save a tab in a collection, because they pop up as possible collections for the new tab. I just have no way of accessing the collections after the fact.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have been having issues with the address on top of my phone (Motorola Edge 50 Neo).

As you can see, as soon as I switch from Private Browsing to Normal Browsing, the address bar on the top shifts and never goes back to its original position.

It only resets back to its position when I close the App and open Firefox again but the issue persists whenever I try to switch from Private browsing to Normal browsing (vice-versa).

I'm signed in on both the mobile and desktop app with the same account, sync is on for both of these, but the sync is not actually happening. None of my passwords or history is accessible in the mobile app. It also seems to not save any history at all because I keep having to type in whole web addresses instead of the app filling in the rest itself, even though I've visited these websites many times. There's no error in the settings or anything, it's just not working properly.

I've turned all Search SETTINGS to OFF. The Firefox Suggestion show up as soon as ANY characters are entered into the browser's search box.

How to export all opened tabs including non-active in android firefox 149.0.2 ? this capability was available in previous versions but seems now hiddenly deleted. any workaround did not help: couple of extebsion couldn't save all as-considered opened tabs properly - only those actually loaded to ram. https://github.com/nbeaver/save-tabs-firefox-for-android

I have no idea what's causing this, but recently video playback on every website keeps breaking. I have to go into my phone's settings and delete the cache from there, or uninstall and reinstall Firefox completely to fix it. But it only fixes it temporarily. Everything else seems to work fine, but video players just... don't work at all after a while.

When I follow a link from Gmail to an article I want to read, Firefox opens a new browser window in the upper left corner of the screen. I have chosen "full screen" which then goes to full screen and immediately back to the tiny window. I have changed the default to Chrome, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, and changed multiple settings with no success. Now I'm looking for ideas. Thanks much for any light you can shed on this issue. Joe

So I moved from my old Galaxy S21 Ultra into a new Xiaomi 17 ultra.

Installed Firefox and logged in with the qr code thing on my main computer.

Firefox on the phone says it's synced but the list of passwords is empty. Not a single password in the list. Lots of passwords on the main computer.

This worked just fine on the old S21 Ultra.

Any ideas?

This is a completely fresh install on a new phone so not to be ungrateful, the typical good advice about clearing cache and reinstalling is just not relevant here.

getting logged out from Mozilla account after few days every time. Only on my Samsung s24 ultra Android 16 2026 March security. After getting Samsung s24 ultra I am getting this error. All though my old pixel 8 Pro and xiaomi tab 6 has no issue login in an particularly on this logging site. But I have noticed weird thing that on my Samsung s24 ultra I have difficulties to login and access the login page of Mozilla account. It doesn't appear I have to try multiple Times. It's looks like the internet problem but I think NOX security is blocking these page to load. I have tested different DNA servers or even VPN server. But this device does not allow me to use Mozilla account. I tried installing and uninstalling several times login again but it's very upsetting. Everyone to 2 days it gets logged out. And it is very difficult to login again. Sorry for the voice typing. Please ignore silly mistakes.

Whenever you used to make a new folder and bookmark a page it used to always direct bookmarks to the newly created folder or to a folder you have selected.

Now it always defaults to only one folder no matter if you just created a new one or select a previously created one.
