After an update I can't paste any image on my computer after I copy it

Everything worked fine before I accidentally updated. Before that, I would right click, hit Copy and then I could right click on the desktop or in a folder and hit Paste. Now the Paste option is greyed out, as if nothing was ever copied, even though I can still paste the image into paint, messenger or anywhere else. I don't want workarounds like using "Save as" every time. How do I change it back?

Yes there is at least one other post about this.

What does work is right-click > Save image as :)

Are you able to run mozregression to try bisect a change between "good" and "bad" builds?

It turned out to be my whole PC problem that just happend to appear after firefox update. No idea why... mozregression is a good app btw thanks

Sure thing! I was just bisecting a different/similar drag&drop desktop integration issue with non–Latin filenames over the weekend to understand a change from way back in 2020 and it's just unreal to be able to run that actual built app from that day, to see the actual code from back then in action;)

Gets handy to quickly rule out "weirdness" with its ephemeral profiles and location, to quickly stand up a number of versions, compare, shut down, and go on with life… without having to clean up any mess afterwards;D
