confirmation code never appears on my e-mail
I have a firefox account and I sync it to at least two devices. Now I need to change some settings. When I select the change, a prompt appears, asking for a confirmation code as expected. But I never receive a code on my e-mail. I tied many times, over the last days. I checked spam repeatedly. I added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts. What could be the problem? What can I try?

hi, try checking the spam tab again, as well as whether the e-mail address in the firefox account is correct, disable the mail filters/rules, and alternatively try another device or e-mail

Thanks for the quick answer. try checking the spam tab again: checked multiple time many hours (even few days) span. empty. whether the e-mail address in the firefox account is correct: double checked disable the mail filters/rules: didn't set any alternatively try another device: I didn't thought of that. You gave me some hope, but same result or e-mail: I can't. That's the only email set for the account. That is one of the things I want to change

The problem, suddenly go away. At some point I received a confirmation email. Now every confirmation email I needed, came on time. I changed nothing. I don't know if trying from the other device helped it unblock. Thanks
