The support.mozilla.org site is broken

Every time I open this site, whether I'm logged in or not, I get an endless text-based menu on the left with giant screen-filling icons in the middle and no content. There's a critical issue with this site. I also tried the support link from the mozilla main page and it gives server errors or a similarly broken page. If that's how it works for basic stuff that AI can solve and run, how reliable is the Mozilla software?

Your system does not even provide any identification to the troubleshooting data here, so you either have customized core browser settings beyond basic functionality, or have used some "security" or "privacy" software that interferes with your connection.

Mozilla services are protected by application firewalls that may restrict or block suspicious traffic, and this user agent does indeed look suspicious.

What browser version and OS/platform you have used to get the broken results?
