Copying a set of Thunderbird Template files in order to past in another computer.

You give instructions for copying a Thunderbird folder onto a jump drive then on the destination folder you say to copy a fold that I DID NOT copy the the jump drive. The THUNDERBIRD folder IS NOT the Thunderbird Profile folder nor is it A profile folder as in k41*****. Your instructions at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/moving-thunderbird-data-to-a-new-computer are not possible to complete.
