The primary password cannot be restored. To recover the profile, do this:

Go to tools>Developer tools>error console - enter this text, including the closing ')' 

   openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xhtml")


- the Reset button should appear. All passwords for accounts will be deleted
