we are struggling for the past two days to send emails . constantly getting the same error

is your internet connection slow? Is your antivirus program scanning outgoing mail? If so, disable that and try again. Asa the mail server appears to be hosted by one of the domain hosting companies, Does the server have appropriate SSL/TLS certificates to use encrypted connection? or does the hosting company have some workaround where you have to trust and incorrect certificate?
