Hi there, Could you share the website you are trying to enter? Also are you able to do so in another browser?

Hi,

I don't think it's a location issue, usually you get a small window on top left if the website is asking for your location and you can enable it or not. Let's see if there is something in your Firefox blocking this.

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon at the left of the address bar.
    • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
  3. If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website). Does it help?
  4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist? If not, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.

Let me know how it goes.

Ok, let's check if it's actually installed on your browser. Click your menu button (the three parallel lines) and then click on your extensions and themes. Once you click there, click on your left plugins - which plugins do you see? Also you can see if Firefox is sharing your location by following the information from this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/does-firefox-share-my-location-websites Do you see the website you are mentioning there?

Its not on the list!??

Ok then it looks like it didn't get installed. Can you go back to the website and follow the instructions to download the plug in? Remember that you also need to restart Firefox for it to work. Also please add the link you're getting when you click here. I am interested to read if there is anything that might be affecting you there.
