Hi Mal,

If you're logged in to Mozilla account on your desktop and wanted to sync your Firefox data with your mobile phone, you can simply click on the hamburger menu, click on your name (indicating you've logged in to your Mozilla account), select Connect to another device. A new window will open and guide you through the process.
