Sounds like a job for Bitwarden support. https://community.bitwarden.com/

Bitwarden vault empty when signing in with master password. Contacted Bitwarden and the suggestion was uninstall the Bitwarden extension in Firefox and then re-install it. Did that and it worked. But the problem occurred today (a week later)
