High! Launching TB 68.6.0 with W8.1 is slow (20 seconds). After speed is normal. What can I do? Thanks

Try restarting Thunderbird (not Windows) in safemode. If behaviour is the same, restart Windows in safe mode then launch Tbird and see how fast it starts.
